We will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy).
Returns must be in the state you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and a code that needs to be marked on the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). The original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
